Hire Capa. These guys are skilled, professional, and reasonable. We were looking to convert some outdoor space into functional four-season rooms. Impressed with some of Capa's work that I saw locally, I gave them a call to see if this was within their wheelhouse. After a thorough initial site visit, a detailed estimate was provided. We got a few estimates, but it was clear that Capa put the most thought into the project. JC and his father provided lots of creative ideas and were prompt with communications and various tweaks along the way. Their crew dealt with unfavorable weather but managed to keep the work site remarkably clean. They were quick to address any and all issues, regardless of size. We had a few minor hiccups with some subcontractors but JC handled everything quickly and professionally. Overall, we're incredibly happy with our new space and can't thank Capa enough for making it a reality. They'll be my first call for any future projects.

We hired Capa builders for our whole home remodel. From our research and meeting with them and four other contractors, it was clear that Capa was the way to go. John and JC have a crew of terrific gentlemen who have seen it all. They took every problem our 100+ year old home could throw at them, and handled it with professionalism and confidence. This team was at the house, every day at or before 7am and worked hard all day long. Our house was gutted to the studs and rebuilt to perfection in 14 weeks - if you ask me nothing less than a miracle. We got so much more than we bargained for. John had to reconfigure our layout a few times to accomplish everything we wanted within our footprint, and he did it! We got everything we wanted in the space we had. In this market, it’s hard to shop for a house that’s perfect. I’m so thankful we found a contractor who could build perfection right where we are, and they did it in a way that was virtually stress and worry free - which is remarkable considering I am a top tier nervous wreck.
