Had them service my oil boiler due to noisy gushing baseboards. Bled the system, no go. Replaced the expansion tank, still noisy. Called around noon today to tell them I was experiencing the same problem-- less than an hour later Rob was back here, took care of the issue and we are up and running.
It's not always possible to get things right on the first try. What matters to me is putting in the effort to get things corrected. I am grateful for a good level of service from JJ Powell and technician Rob. Great job guys.
Our oil ran out today . Called them and they were out within 2 hours to get us refilled. Very responsive and quick for an emergency fill on one of the coldest days of the year. Thank you
