I signed up for Section 8 in 2009 and been on the waitlist ever since. When I sing up in 2009 now we now in 2023. Still my date and time has not been called. Section 8 should not take this long to be called. I am unhappy with section 8. I am also disabled ?

Not sure whats going on with the system... I haven't been able to log on to the system at least 2 weeks. I received a letter in October stating I was at the top of the list and to fill out the application. I noticed that my status went to from "Waitlist" to "Processing". I sent my application back in October. I've been on the waitlist since 2008. Not to mention when I called the operator stated "you'll not gonna keep calling for a status, we don't know nothing" and disconnected the line.This process is a little discouraging especially for a single parent like myself. I hope that the CEO or somebody in a high position who can make a change read these comments and brainstorm...read full review

I got there @12:27 and I didn’t leave until 3 a clock . They are very short of staff and that’s why they don’t answer the phone or answer emails . But two woman named Maya and quadira helped me today and I think they are the only people that would’ve help me today here And I just want to say thank y’all ❤️
