I am quite disappointed with the deep cleaning I received today. It was pretty much a regular cleaning not a deep cleaning. There are still stains on my tables. My chairs are still covered in food from my kids. My banisters weren’t wiped. There’s still dust on my chair rail in some places. My basement wasn’t fully mopped. The list goes on. And I know this happened because I have cameras that caught all this. When I asked about certain things being cleaned, I was sent a list of what deep cleans include, which was basically a few things more than a regular cleaning. I got a deep apartment cleaning. Their crew did a wonderful job everyone who saw it after their crew finished said the apartment never looked better the crew was thorough thoughtful and efficient so I would highly recommend this cleaning service and I am in a wheelchair which the crew gracefully accommodated me
DB cleaning has been cleaning my apt for the past year or 2. Whether for seasonal clean, more regular tidiness and upkeep or even a deep clean before moving out or for an event you can rely on the team to get the job done and to do so timely. Will consider them in future and for referrals to friends
