Can't speak for others but have been using Dan for a few years now. Never had any issues, easy to deal with via email to get documents to and from the office if needed. Always a simple process for us, will continue to use Dan in the future.

I used Soliday as an Accountant for one year but switched firms when it quickly became clear his firm didn't know how to use quickbooks online. Sadly, he billed me for time that his assistant spent trying to figure out quickbooks online.
