I find it laughable that the reviews here based their review on a website and a mailing. I have dealt with Cyndy personally. She was recommended by a few friends in our area. I have a property in Reading that I was having trouble with payments and had an interesting situation. I called Cyndy last summer. She took the time to talk to me and gave me a simple solution that I could do. 6 months later, my payments are up to date and my tenant situation has greatly improved! She did offer a fair price for the house but suggested that I do a few things if I want to hold on to the property, which I ended up doing. She could have just offered to buy the house but she gave me options and advice and I ended up keeping the property. I was so impressed with her honestly.
