We recently moved to a property with many mature trees. I gave ATS a call because I was concerned about a few dead ones. One in particular was hanging over my driveway, and kept dropping branches where we park. A couple others in the woods were precariously leaning over a space where my kids play. Every part of the process with ATS went smoothly. They were very careful not to damage the driveway with the heavy equipment. I gave them instructions where I would like the dead trees in the woods to land, and they dropped them with precision. I'm impressed. Thank you gentleman 🙏
Pros: Certified arborist inspects the property. Workers are respectful, professional and cooperative.
Cons: Poor communication. Charge for credit & debit cards.
I don't think homeowners care as much about price, as they do about dealing with pros and trusting contractor behavior on their property. Besides, who wants to deal with cheap people anyway.
Just charge a few points more for your services and let customers have the convenience of using a card and the benefit of collecting their points.
