I haven't been seen at this office in over three years, and I was trying to make an appointment today. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff was extremely frustrating. They were very rude when I asked about the physician's assistant that would be seeing me. It was an incredibly unpleasant interaction, and I will not be returning to this practice. I hope they work on improving their customer service or evaluating their front desk staff, as this is not how patients should be treated.

The office staff here is incredibly rude, unprofessional and snarky.While on the phone asking questions about my health I was hung up on, due to the fact I called her out on being extremely rude to me. I will advise everyone to rethink if you go there. ill be switching doctors ASAP

Doctor Benner is very unprofessional when it comes to educating patients about the vaccine. I love to be informed but being discriminated against for being un vaccinated is absolutely unprofessional. I specifically asked the front desk when making my appt if it was an issue that I was un vaccinated, I was specifically told no. This morning after traveling to the office. I was again refused treatment and unprofessionally lectured about being un vaccinated . Steer clear of this place, it's very dated and you will be judged for your opinions.
