The location also provides common over-the-counter products and prescription medications for added convenience. However, some patients have expressed dissatisfaction with the requirement to use a kiosk to enter their information, feeling that it does not cater well to those who are unwell. Overall, St. Luke's Care Now provides a generally positive experience, with the exception of some instances where the diagnosis or treatment did not fully address the patient's concerns.
The staff was professional and courteous. I went on a holiday weekend and there appeared to be only one doctor on staff so the wait was more than frustrating. I waited in the lobby for 1 hour and then sat in the exam room for 1/2 an hour before the doctor came in. It would have been less frustrating if the wait times were communicated in advance.
I went for blood work and prayed that Michelle was there. YES she was there, no issues at all taking my blood. She is truly a blessing to St.Lukes!!! This was at the St. Luke's (new hospital).

Always a great experience here. My daughter was seen immediately and our visit was quick and efficient. Everyone was kind, caring and helpful. The nurse and doctor were knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough- they carefully listened and addressed our concerns and took the time to answer our questions.
