Kyle is great. We had Kyle put together a gaming computer for our son recently and he did a fantastic job. Gave us a couple options to help with our budget, and kept us in the loop through the build process.

Shattering the screen to my work laptop felt like a catastrophic event on top of trying to get it fixed timely was an even bigger problem; however, amidst the panic and sending 100+ emails to repair places, Kyle of Ctrl R 4 Repair responded, and it was a glimmer of hope. He evaluated the damage (earlier than the scheduled appt.) to order parts and get it fixed promptly. I contacted him on a Sunday afternoon and he responded right away and was able to replace my phone screen and had my phone back to me by the evening. Highly recommend, great service excellent communication !
