As a younger woman, I personally find the Junipa guys to be beyond respectful, professional, and safe. These folks maintained the landscaping at my college for the time I attended, and when I was a member of staff. There were never any complaints or concerns about them, and they always left their work sites nicer than they found them. The female consensus on campus was that the Junipa dudes were 100% less creepy than the college groundskeepers. Junipa would continue to work if there were college girls around, whereas some college groundskeepers would sit and stare. Great company! Just look at all the pictures of some of the jobs these guys and gals did! Yes, they even have a woman working for them and she works just as tough as the guys do! They are down to earth, polite and curteous. They do landscaping installs, maintenance, mulching, rock jobs (boulders or decorative rock), hardscape jobs, walls (versa-lok, boulder, timbers or railroad ties, etc), pizza ovens, fire pits, patios, walkways, flow wells or French drains, lawn installs (sod or from seed), and a lot more! They also have a lawn division to cut lawns and do leaf pickups. They also plow snow too and shovel sidewalks! Very approachable and helpful!
