Hot water tank failed in the evening on a holiday, Dan fixed it quick. Had problem with noisey furnace, Dan didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Replaced part, now we're cozy, warm & the furnace is quiet...Thanx D&M Heating and Cooling
