We have been using the services for the past several years, to file our taxes. The staff is very responsive, answering all our questions clearly, and having all the documents ready on time.
What was extremely impressive is that there was a dispute with the amount we owed to PA a year ago; Beth, Ariel and Barry exchanged several mails and phonecalls, and eventually resolved the issue, pinpointing the mistake that the PA-tax-authority had done.
