They installed a new heat pump for me as my original heat pump, which they installed 42 years ago, was failing. Since my problem started right when it got cold (November 2024), they speced. out a replacement and got it installed right away. The charge was what was quoted and had it not been a new system/configuration, I would not have known they were there (amazing clean-up when they were done!!). There was a problem with the amount of energy usage initially but they did a great job trouble shooting until they found the problem and resolved it. So as promised, the new technology is so much more efficient. I highly recommend them, they are wonderful to deal with!!

This is a company that stands behind their work. We had our roof replaced a few years ago, and noticed a few tiles that were loose after a recent storm, so they came out to inspect it and make sure that it was nothing critical! It is not always easy to find that kind of follow through and commitment!
Pat was a pleasure to work with and did an awesome job cleaning the facade for two of our properties. One building had very old stonework that was looking dingy, had moss on it in some areas, and even an area with lots of caked on grease, and Pat got it looking new again! Highly recommend!

In September, I had the folks at Pridemark Construction inject their Retrofoam insulation into my 85 year old brick cape. Unfortunately, I was not aware of them when I engaged a cellulose insulation contractor last year which insulated most of the house from the inside. That process was very invasive and dirty and required me to do final patchwork of holes to interior walls and repainting. I engaged Pridemark this year because they were willing to travel to lower NY State which was about a 2 hour drive each way. I needed them to insulate my kitchen and several other walls which also weren't able to be done by the cellulose insulation firm. Let me first say that I was impressed by their knowledge of their product and services, but also by their additional construction and masonry knowledge overall. This was a more difficult job since they had to drill many holes into the existing exterior concrete joint work which was more difficult and time consuming than drilling through wood. However, not one brick was damaged and the final concrete joint work by them was so good, that you cannot really see where they drilled without getting right on top of the wall and looking very closely. I already notice a difference in the warmth of the kitchen now, versus what it was like on cool / cold days in the past. I cannot say enough good things about the Molinas as professionals and their attention to detail. I highly recommend them.
Born Vera Jayne Palmer on April 19, 1933, in Bryn Mawr, PA, Jayne Mansfield was an American actress best known for her bombshell curves and film roles during the 1950s and '60s. On June 29, 1967, while traveling between nightclub engagements, she was killed on Highway 90 between Slidell and New Orleans, Louisiana, when her car struck the back end of a tractor-trailer. Since we were in the area visiting family, my partner and I came to her final resting place, located at Fairview Cemetery in Pen Argyl. Her heart-shaped tombstone is one of the most notable features of the cemetery. Thank you to fellow Yelper Edward T for the discovery.
Jonah and Jeremy called and said they would be here in 15 minutes. They showed up exactly on time. They were friendly and courteous and seemed very knowledgeable about about their job. I am usually a very hands on kind of person and tackle many home improvement jobs on my own, but I am so glad that these two came out and did what they needed to do. I first came to Tray and Jason for repairs on a p/u that no one else wanted to fix. They did an amazing job: suspension, cab mounts, brakes, fuel tank, body work. Then brought my Jeep Wrangler for a brake issue that 2 other places couldn’t diagnose over the previous 14 months. They figured it out right away. That jeep will never go anywhere else now. I have since been back numerous times for both vehicles, and I won’t go anywhere else. These guys are by far the most reliable, trustworthy repair shop I’ve ever been to. They’re personable, fair, they always go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. And most importantly, they give it to you straight and use cutting edge diagnostics to show you exactly what the issue is. I trust them wholeheartedly. I’d give them more stars if I could.
