My experience always has been very pleasant. The staff and doctors are very nice and answered all my questions. I received a full examination of my eyes and I was very impressed with my doctors knowledge. I was treated with care and in a fast manner.

Office is clean & comfortable. All staff are pleasant and accomedating. Dr Mongiello is very professional & easy to talk to. She makes sure to answer all your questions. Would definitely recommend, the place is a nice change from some bigger offices.

My appointment was on time. Check in was a bit different but easy to do. Nurse was very professional. Dr Mongiello gives a thorough examination and answers all your questions and concerns. She is a true professional. Would highly recommend NE Eye Institute.
