As always, I had a great appointment at Northeastern Eye Institute. The staff are so welcoming and professional. Dr.Caputo-Fox is my doctor. She is so knowledgeable and kind. She is so pleasant and takes the time to answer any question you may have, never rushing. From the reception staff to my nurse, my exam and picking out my new glasses with a staff member, I had a very enlightening and enjoyable experience. Thank you all!
I took my boys for a routine eye exam and new glasses . Staff from the receptionist to the DR were so caring , personable and professional . I ended up scheduling an appt for myself . Highly recommend not to mention a great selection of top tier designer frames 💗
Excellent staff! You are not rushed. They y listen. Only problem s are with checking in. I was asked to precheck in online. I did. When I arrived I was told to do it again, on a standing computer, same stuff as online. A line formed by the time my husband arrived. There are two people at the desk. I don't use self checkout anywhere. This is insulting.
