Joseph responded to my house to observe a water leak we had coming from the outside. He started out by telling me that I do not maintain my house. Meanwhile, the roof, floors, and HVAC system have all been upgraded within the year. He then proceeded to tell me that the water is not coming from the roof area, it is coming from the underneath. Let's keep in mind this is a raised inclosed porch. I strongly DO NOT recommend using this company. If your insurance company says they are sending them, request someone else.

Shawn and the crew (Penny included) from the "Scranton Office" in Peckville are awesome. We had a massive water damage claim and from day one they were great partners.
