I purchased my home from Clayton Homes in Paradise approximately a year and a half ago! Ed Flinton was amazing, I needed to be in the new home as soon as possible and he did everything he could to make sure that happened smoothly! Brody Flinton also helped to make sure everything was moving as fast as possible so the kids and I could move in as soon as possible. Since the move Brody has been my main contact when I need assistance with the home and even though it has been a year and a half he always finds a way to answer my questions or take care of my concerns/issues! Purchasing a home from Clayton homes has been the best decision I have made! I love my home and I am very grateful for both Ed and Brody they are an amazing team!
My wife and I are very pleased with our experience at Clayton Homes of Paradise. The GM, Ed, and our salesperson Brody were great to work with and made the entire process easier than we anticipated. It was explained to us that our home has a one-year warranty from the factory, so when we experienced some minor issues, the team at Clayton Homes Paradise did not hesitate to resolve the issues. I can honestly say that their customer service has been top-notch, and I felt they gave us an honest picture of what our home was going to cost with the setup and delivery fees. Brody also surprised our children with a gift in their room that was in line with what they are into. We also enjoyed our home warming gift basket as well. I would never leave a bad review for a business knowing that it can cause damage and I will not leave a good review for a business that does not deserve it. Clayton Homes of Paradise met our needs and provided excellent customer service. They earned my 5-star review.
