    I love the Perfect Workout! It is only 20 intense minutes, twice a week. It works so well with my busy schedule. There is always time for 20 minutes! My trainer Crystal is wonderful. Her positive encouragement and and instruction are invaluable. I can see and feel good changes in myself after only two weeks. I can’t wait for my next workout!

    After being diagnosed with severe osteoporosis at 57 I started researching and found The Perfect Workout.And it is PERFECT! I feel stronger... I have more energy and stamina...Thanks to my trainer Katie for her encouragement, great instruction and who pushes me to get the most out of my 20 min workouts.I highly recommend!!! Thanks Perfect Workout?

    I love the Perfect workout. Having several issues this past year made me hesitant to commit but Katie signed me up and started my workout with much patience. I am currently working with Richard who is wonderful!! He is patient yet knows when to push me, always asking for just two more, one more, good job!! He has adjusted the workout to make it easier for me to do it; not saying it is easy...it is just made more possible for me to increase my strength with the adjustments that he has made. I am very happy with the trainers and would encourage anyone to make the arrangements to join!! Only 20 minutes...so much to gain (and lose :)
