Worst experience. Rude staff. Brought the phone into the room, where she answered it several times during our couples massage. She also tried to talk us out of getting the couples massage we prepaid for because she over booked.
Been there twice first time was a lil bit rushed due to me own fault but was a decent experience second time I really enjoyed the experience with my masseuse & she did a wonderful job from start 2 finish “ Go support this small business u won’t be disappointed here !!
If I could give less than a 1 star I would!!! I have never been treated with worse customer service from any business in all my life!!!! I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 on Saturday the 28th of January or so I thought. I guess I made the reservation for Friday the 27th by accident. That part is on me I get that but I paid $180 up front. I called on Saturday and explained the situation and asked if there was anyway they could squeeze us in on Saturday.
