Called them to come clean out our dryer duct. They had to cancel but called us immediately to apologize for the cancellation and said that they didn’t want to alienate a customer before the work was even done. They rescheduled PROMPTLY and arrived at 7am sharp on the next available date that worked for us. Absolutely recommend and will be calling again for service when needed.

Unfortunately there are a lot of "fake" companies scamming people about duct work out there. DUCTZ of DelChester is out there in the community actively combatting these scammers.
