Dirty establishment. Beds were old and bulbs were weak. When I spoke to the owner, she rolled her eyes and told me if I wasn't happy to go elsewhere. They were only open at their convenience. Never again will Igo. I'm so glad I didn't get a membership. I do not recommend this place at all.Service: Tanning

This is a terrible establishment . After I cancelled my membership, they continued to charge my account. I spoke to Kelly and Megan multiple times about this issue, and even though it was admittedly their mistake, they were very rude when I would call them. They kept saying they would mail me a check. I still have yet to receive a dime of my money back.

Well I can let you know that was not the owner that had said that to you because that would NEVER come out of my mouth. It would be the previous manager that I had trusted not to make the place that it became. I can let you know that everything has changed over the last few months since I stepped in. And by the way I AM the OWNER.
