“I was in excruciating pain from a tooth infection. After leaving the ER and feeling helpless, my friend recommended Q Dental. I had no expectations of them other than to hopefully help relieve my pain.
I was welcomed into the exam room by a gentle, kind, and sweet woman whom I believe name was Shelly. After having such a hard day so far, she made me feel so comfortable. I hope she knows that her personality makes a difference in this world.
When the dentist came in, he was just as kind and knowledgeable. I immediately became relieved that he understood the severity of the pain I was in which was the opposite of what I experienced earlier in the day at the ER. He asked important questions and gave me important information. Most importantly, he made sure that I knew he was going to do what he could to relieve me of the pain that I was in. For the first time in my life (I’m 26), I had never felt like a dentist actually cared about as much as he did. I gained so much respect for this dentist as a professional and individual. I believe he was referred to as Dr. Y.
Shelly and Dr. Y, thank you. I walked into my appointment crying in pain and left smiling. I will be coming back to Q Dental. (Please correct me if I have the wrong names or Dr’s as I’d love for them to have the recognition they deserve.)”

“Amazing office and practice! I filled out an online appointment inquiry on Sunday after breaking a tooth and the office contacted me immediately to set up an appointment. I am a brand new patient and they were able to get me in first thing on Monday morning and I am sitting here with my temporary crown on before noon. I can’t express how amazing and friendly the team is. Anna is the office manager and she is phenomenal and thorough. She worked really hard to get my insurance authorization. Then I had my work complete completed by Alisa and Dr K. They were highly communicative patient warm and kind. They were able to put on a temporary crown and my permanent one will be available in three weeks. The office is modern state of the art clean smells great and is so welcoming. I am so delighted to be a new patient.”
