Please take this warning seriously. We have been battling this company all summer. After missing so many weekly visits, we still never asked for any sort of reimbursement. Our pool is destroyed. They are holding items that we paid in full for, salt cell, cover and more. They will now not respond at all. I was trying to use small business, I own a small business. This is the worst customer service experience we have ever had. I now have to go to their office with a police officer in person and file in small claims court. I have never written a negative review, what a shame.

Terrible! Will sell you a pool no problem but then send an unprofessional, UNEDUCATED "contractor" to your home for installation. Be aware and if your considering buying a pool make sure to find your own contractor! After one year, my pool is washing away, unlevel and just a complete disaster
