Vixen Hall Kennels provides excellent care for dogs. They send regular updates with pictures to owners while their dogs are staying there. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It is recommended to book ahead, especially for holidays, as the kennel is well cared for with the comfort of the pets in mind. The facility is always spotless and clean, with a lovely, beautiful grounds that owners often wish they could stay on themselves. They have experience caring for dogs with special needs and can handle last-minute requests. Dogs who stay at Vixen Hall come home happy, tired, and relaxed after a week of being well looked after. Owners can enjoy their vacations knowing their pets are safe, happy, and having fun while they are away. The staff, including Rob and his team, are very caring and show genuine concern for each pet, providing peace of mind to owners.
We recently boarded our 2 Beagles at Vixen Hall kennels and it couldn't have gone better, both dogs returned after a week relaxed, bathed, and happy. They sent us updates with pictures of our pups and it was reassuring to see them happy and having fun while we were away. We were a little worried as one of our Beagles is epileptic but they administered his special food and medication as directed with no problems and he did great. I would highly recommend Vixen Hall to family and friends!
We have boarded our two dogs a few times and I feel the dogs are well taken care of. They get a bath at the end of their stay and always smell lovely.
I had a family emergency and Vixen Hall graciously let my Boone stay for an extended period of time. He is well loved and cared for by all staff. I truly appreciate their kindness and the love they show for Boone!
