The staff at the Oxford My Eye Dr. was great! Everyone was so kind and willing to take time to answer my questions. Amanda at the front desk helped me pick out the perfect frames, explained all the costs and had me checked out in no time. Thank you so much!

I was at the Oxford Pa branch of My Eye Dr. helping my 83 year old Uncle who can’t read and has various physical handicaps update his prescription. It was hard to tell if his eyes improved or got worse since he got previous progressive lenses. My Eye Dr. being led by Amanda made it very comfortable and relaxed in guiding my uncle through the virtual tests. It took some time but the patience was noticed, Steps were made very simple for him while still getting results. Amanda also aided in selecting the frames that would hold up the best for his lifestyle, as well as giving the best discount options with his limited insurance. I have to admit I was skeptical, but interested in how this new process would work. Ashley, (in house) did all the pre testing and was delightful! We entered the room where I previously had seen the doctor (in person). There was a screen set up and on came a super sweet technician (refractionist) who made me feel welcome and comfortable. She controlled the setting remotely and we went through the traditional tests of which one is clearer, 1 or 2! When she was done, all info was transmitted to a doctor. I had a wonderful remote woman doctor who was physically in Tennessee. She was kind and bubbly. She went over ALL the tests and explained everything in great detail....read full review
