Zach was wonderful for our home inspection! He was thorough and extremely kind. He took his time to answer any questions we had and we didn’t feel rushed at all. I spoke to many other inspectors and decided to go with Zach for our home inspection due to the positive and kindness he showed just from a phone call. His pricing was more than reasonable and he really went above and beyond with giving us helpful information as brand new home owners. Zach is amazing. Had a fantastic experience as first time home buyers. He was professional and HONEST. His integrity while looking at our potential home was unmatched. He spoke clearly about issues and things that may need to be addressed and was very consise without all the mumbo jumbo of contracting work.
