Mattera Michele DVM is a veterinary clinic known for its compassionate and caring staff. Many clients praise the professionalism of the veterinarians and techs, noting that they genuinely care about the pets. The clinic is also recognized for its reasonable prices, making it an attractive option for pet owners. However, some reviews mention inconsistent experiences with the receptionists, with instances of rudeness that have made clients uncomfortable during emotionally challenging times. Despite these concerns, long-time clients express deep trust in the veterinarians, appreciating their kindness and support through difficult moments in pet care. Overall, Mattera Michele DVM is seen as a place where pets are treated with love and respect.
I recently took my dog Sadie to Brookside Animal Hospital for her annual checkup and vaccines and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly, caring, and took great care of her from the moment we arrived. They answered all of my questions and made the visit easy and stress free. I highly recommend Brookside Animal Hospital to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care for their pets.
