They leveled out all sunken areas (even areas I didn’t realize were slightly sunken), fixed my paver steps that were falling apart, and applied sand and stain. The patio looks great and such a huge difference from before. “The team did a lovely job moving many items from our patio, powerwashing it and repairing the damaged Topcoatz then resealing it and replacing the flower pots and grill on the patio. We also had them install a block border along the front edge of the patio for future protection from mowers and string trimmers. The blocks were installed a little higher than I would prefer but it wasn't noticed until the installation was complete. So we decided to accept the change.“

He also took care of a number of other things around the property and yard that I didn't even ask him to do but very obviously needed attention. And he did it with a smile!
