Not sure why few bad reviews? Maybe these people think they are the only patient? My experience last 10 years is very respectful & caring staff - when I had emergency they took me right in.

High level of up- to-date skills. Friendly, efficient people. Dr. Genello is particularly adept at keeping you in the loop while he works his dental wizardy, explaining what he's going to do, or is doing, and soliciting feedback. This man listens to me, teaches me, and then does what we agree to well and quickly. I've never had a better dentist.

I used to be scared of the dentist but now that I have found this practice I feel differently. They put me at ease from the moment I walked in. They explain everything they need to do, they are understanding, and just plain good people. All this and they don't rip you off. I had another practice tell me I needed SO much work. When I got here, they found a few issues, but nothing compared to what the other dentist wanted to do. Plus, they did the work needed at a much more reasonable price. With all that said, I highly recommend.
