I recently discovered K Wood after having used a different company, that wasn’t very responsive, to service my geothermal system. After a year of good service, I would say K Wood is the best. They (Ben) identified and fixed the issues I was having, and were able to come out the same day both times. They made one change that accelerated the heating mode which the previous company never even mentioned. I’ve changed all of my annual maintenance to K Wood. K-Wood has come to my home a few times for different things such as cleaning and repairs and every time I couldn't be more pleased with their scheduling, professionalism and genuine feeling that they care about fixing my problem. I will continue using K-Wood anytime I need any services that they offer. If I could give 10 stars I would.
