Unfortunately, much of the staff at the front desk can be incredibly rude and curt. In my experience, I haven't gotten a greeting or smile, not even a word until I say what I'm there for... Just miserable faces. Then the next person comes up and gets the smiles and greetings. Almost seems blatant and borderline prejudice. Likely will not continue going there.
