Groomer’s Touch went beyond my expectations!
I'm admittedly a little particular about where I take my dog (Honey) to get groomed. Ultimately, she is going to be nervous no matter where we go so it’s my responsibility to research a groomer who will treat her with care.
Rachel greeted me with such care, passion, and attention to detail that I immediately felt that Honey would be in good hands. She started by asking a series of questions to make sure that she understood exactly what I was looking for, any needs, her ideas, and more. My comfort was further validated on pick up. Honey looked perfect and was the softest she has been in recent memory.

Our 6mo lab Gus was seen by this amazing team for his first ever grooming appt. They took their time introducing him to all of their equipment and didn’t push him past any limits. We are local and will be back🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡
5 stars Thoughtful, Friendly, and Full of Heart
Even though this was just a one-time stop, Groomer’s Touch in Oakmont went above and beyond for my dog Georgia. Not only did she come out looking fresh and clean, but they surprised us with a brand new collar and a colorful hankerchief that had her looking like a total superstar.
The team was incredibly warm and welcoming treating Georgia like one of their own. It’s rare to feel that kind of care and thoughtfulness in a single visit. She left happy, tail wagging, and absolutely glowing.
