The 200 hour yoga teacher training was beyond my expectations. My initial goals at registration were to deepen my practice and learn more about yoga history. I completed the program with much more: better sense of myself, increased confidence, and feeling more grounded. It’s rare that I feel strongly enough about anything, to feel compelled to sit down and write about it, but lately I’ve been overcome with gratitude for this local business.In 2016, I was rear ended on the highway by a truck going 50 mph.I unfortunately suffered a traumatic whiplash injury, and have been told by several orthopedic doctors over the years that my neck may never feel the same again. Be Yoga is the absolute best! All of the staff members are so kind and make you feel welcomed at every class. The environment is relaxing and the heat level is perfect. I always leave the studio in a better mood and mindset. I highly recommend this studio to yoga newbies & experienced yogis!
