She was professional, yet personable, from start to finish and made the entire process enjoyable. I came to her with some rough ideas and she tweaked and perfected them over two collaborative planning sessions. She is a true artist and a lovely human being. The shop is very clean and comfortable, and each artist I met was friendly and welcoming.

“This isn’t about their services, but more so the type of people they are. My wife and I’s car broke down outside their shop on a hot day. While waiting for a tow and stressing out, they offered their restroom to us, and provided us cold water. They also let us love on their precious little budgie, and gave us great conversation. They turned what was an extremely stressful moment, into something bearable. They were BEYOND kind and my wife and I both are very grateful for their generosity and kindness. Beyond the kind of people they are, they have really cool shit in their shop and their work does look pretty dope.“

“I have been going here to have my permanent cosmetic procedures done for close to 20 years now. The owners, Tim and Peggy Atzinger, are both very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Peggy has done my permanent eyeliner andy brows several times now and shes the best!! Let me explain why, she is a pretty little Italian lady who started out in the cosmetology field and then made the switch to permanent cosmetics and now is a full fledged tattoo artist who is very meticulous at what she does. She strives for perfection in her clean line work, and shes very knowledgeable when it comes to things like, how will certain colors of ink will fade over time and how they will appear on your particular skin tone and adjusts accordingly. The shop is super clean and has a great vibe. The owners have used their artistic talents to achieve an atmosphere that has the perfect balance of professionalism and meticulous sterility without compromising that edgy vibe that you want in a tattoo shop. On the walls, There is a plethora of artwork, as well as the owners awesome collection of Japanese style masks all around that help keep your eyes busy and your mind off the pain... even the ceiling tiles have artwork since tattoos often require you to lay flat. If the artwork doesn't help you to relax then the great conversation with everyone will. When it comes to Peggy and how she is so gentle yet firm and extremely steady and that is exactly how you would want someone who is going to be tattooing your eyelids to be. It's hard to explain how she does it but she manages to talk you through each little bit of the process and it goes by quickly in short bursts that are delivered at your comfort level and she is always checking to see if you are doing ok and makes sure to utilize the magic of numbing cream as often as you may need it. It's truly not that bad and I think it's well worth it to not have to fuss with your eyeliner and having to bring eyebrow pencils with me wherever I go.“
