Company is careless about residents this silly blocking makes every one go up to Brownsville rd and then Jam Pack Bauman cause they have an entire lane blocked there also and make it unreasonable for people who need to access that street without being part of the problem of traffic congestion because it’s a common theme city workers and the contractors for them have is we just got to deal with it and this made me go up a one way the wrong way so I could continue my path without being involved with guidance absent company if you try to call them it’s a annoying noise and then nothing lol and I know why lol I work everyday of my life and never do I feel like I can block...read full review

I was nice and deleted my previous review, but you guys in your ignorant, hateful, and spiteful ways went ahead and left a car sized piece of equipment in my parking space. That is fully on my property. If the city planner/manager can't show me the project plan where my property was selected for equipment storage tomorrow then your equipment will be towed at your expense. Keep playing these games and your going to get yourselves sued. Fair warning ⚠️

Jet Jack was working on my street. Driver backed down street for some unknown reason and knocked down wires going to my house. Wires were laying across my yard and to pole across street. I approached driver and he said he knew he knocked it down and he contacted his foreman. Nothing was done. I called and spoke to Brad at Jet Jack snd he indicated he would call and get wire taken care of. Duquesne light came out and cut wire which ended up being my internet. Duquesne light said the didn’t cut line - it was cut from truck hitting it. I work from home - lost about $600 to $800 by missing deposition that was schedule that day.
