Rural Health Corporation: Monroe-Noxen Health Center has excellent staff. They have amazing bedside manner, especially with kids. The staff are kind and professional. Patients appreciate the human touch when they call. The dental location is the best some patients have been to. The staff are heartwarming and caring. Patients who have not been to a dentist in many years feel comfortable and treated kindly. The care is top notch and the staff answer all questions. Some patients think they are the best healthcare provider. However, one patient had a bad experience with not getting something called in. Overall, the staff are very nice and helpful, and they listen to patients' problems.
Dr. Novak and staff are all excellent. Amazing bedside manner - especially with kids! It's great to get a human being when you call and the fact that they are kind and professional human beings is a huge plus. If you miss what doctor's offices used to be like before they went all corporate, go to Noxen Medical. You won't be disappointed!

I have not been to a dentist in many years due to lack of ins. It’s uncomfortable to go after being away so long. There was no need to feel that way! I have had a couple of visits now and dealt with 4 different staff, receptionist, 2 technicians, and a dentist. I could not have been treated any kinder and professionally. All of my questions were answered, the care was top notch! What a class act these 4 women and professionals are, I give my highest recommendations to this clinic and the entire staff. I don’t know what I was expecting but it was not the compassion and care that I received. Seriously, on a scale of 1 to 10, they are a 10. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
