SERVPRO of Kennett Square/Oxford is highly praised for their professionalism and exceptional service. Clients appreciate the quick response and thoroughness of the staff, who go above and beyond to meet their needs. The team is known for their kindness, knowledge, and ability to work around complicated schedules, ensuring great results every time. Many recommend SERVPRO for its reliable and top-quality service. After a recent downpour, the team showed up and even arranged for cleaner for any mold growth. They were very responsive after experiencing a plumbing leak mid-day. The team, led by Luke, were responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable with the process. Dealing with damage to your home is chaotic and stressful, and SERVPRO made the first phase of the process stress free and manageable. Most recently, they had ducts cleaned; the team led by Luke did a great job and worked hard to make certain that clients had just what they wanted. Everyone was conscientious and easy to work with.
Quick response to alleviate water damage to our condo. Moved in equipment and crew, very efficient mitigation. Larry discussed insurance coverage knowledgeably and kept us informed of repair plans. When repairs began, he effectively supervised subcontractors and promptly resolved open items. Larry’s communication during the lengthy process helped us deal with the restoration of our dwelling.
This Servpro office is the best! I recommend them over anyone in the area. AJ is always on time and communicates with you the entire time :)
Fantastic customer service from begging to end. What an amazing crew! Cody was here the most what a respectful young man, they all were. Kody was also an excellent communicator which is huge! I'd also must say what a great team, Joe, Larry, Cody, Carlos and Chase. I will say too bad you don't have your own carpet installers.
