I am a caregiver for a quadriplegic, and our van broke down while we were driving on Route 1. Houser's Auto Center was the closest repair shop, and I was able to get the van there in limp mode. I explained the problem and just asked for someone to give me an idea of what we needed to do. Mike came out to meet with me and do the initial diagnosis. This is someone who you want to work on your vehicle - knowledgeable, skilled, and confident in his work. He was also apologetic that we couldn't roll the wheelchair into air conditioning on a hot day, but said we'd figure that out if it became a concern. These guys are great. Mike does his best to fit you in when you have emergencies and his every day service is top notch. He is honest and works with you to maintain your vehicle at it's best.
Engine oil light came on as we were passing through the area so we stopped here for an impromptu, unscheduled service late in the afternoon. They saw us quickly, resolved the issue, and we were back on the road in no time. Excellent service and highly recommended.
