After receiving wrong parts from companies after company Jen finally got me the wrong Parts here and worked great. And she even sent me a diagram to illustrate the part numbers so I'll get the right ones. So make your experiencemore pleasant ask for JENNIFER.

I had an excellent and very memorable experience with this company. The entire staff was very friendly and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. Dave specifically took the time out to assist me with a plumbing issue I had with my water tank. When I tell you he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to the point where I started to feel bad. We kept running into a bunch of dead ends with the type of fitting I needed. But Dave was determined to to help me see this problem through. Thank you again to Dave and the friendly staff. Jean
