Johnson's installed PRO112 Two Stage Gas Furnace on 12/16/2025. Installation team was very courteous and professional. They explained how the two stage works. Excellent cleanup. Great job!
Bud, from Johnson's came to our house on Dec. 10 to repair a leak under the kitchen faucet and to check on fluctuating water pressure. Bud was both friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with him and would definitely want to use his services again. The leak was located and the faucet replaced. The expansion tank above the water heater was also replaced as it was no longer functional and thought to be contributing to the fluctuating water pressure. The fluctuating water pressure still persists, though, and Johnson's is scheduled to return to address this problem on Dec. 30.
Called early on cold morning to report our heating system was blowing cold air. Appointment was scheduled for early afternoon. Repairman was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and was able to resolve the problem quickly. He also checked the whole system looking for other potential problems. I recommend Johnson's for all HVAC needs and/or repairs.
