Steve did a home inspection for my parents. He is AMAZING!! Professional and Personable!! Even after business hours, he responded to my phone call and messages and answered all of my questions in detail and patiently!! In addition, when I sent him my questions by email, he replied to my questions quickly with very detailed explanations and provided us with solutions. Steve picked up where another business dropped the ball! We needed last minute help to finalize our lenders requirements. Steve didn’t hesitate, immediately made accommodations and although we reached out due to frustration with another business we will never recommend anyone else. He made time to fix our problem and in the process pointed out other areas the previous inspector was oblivious to. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommended! Thanks again!
