I have struggled for almost a year with unexplained pain and have seen neurosurgeons and neurologists. It took a week for the therapists to find a pain source. Since a treatment plan was determined. I finally feel like I have some answers. I highly recommend Mile Level! Brittany and Heather deserve all the credit for giving me the answers I was looking for!

While we are fully equipped and experienced in using a multitude of treatment techniques, MLPT has made manual therapy a cornerstone of our care. Each therapist within our company is Manual Therapy Certified or currently completing the coursework to become certified. This means they are highly skilled in hands-on techniques, leading to improved care in joint, soft tissue and spine conditions.

Tuesday: 8AM - 5PM
Wednesday: 8AM - 7PM
Thursday: 8AM - 7PM
Friday: 8AM - 12PM
Saturday: ClosedSunday: Closed
