“I've had a hip labrum tear for three years. Surgery was booked but I found Zach's page and decided to give it one last try. I feel SO much better and finally figured out what was causing the injury in the first place, giving me a much better starting point for future training.I've also had shoulder impingement for 2 years that we've been working on simultaneously. That has also gotten better and better each week. All this in just five sessions.
