“I started working with Zach a few months ago for shoulder and hip/lower SI joint pain. I’ve had multiple surgeries; 2 right shoulder, right hip, and spinal fusion surgery’s. I’ve been through several online coaches over the years for corrective exercises and chronic injury treatment. So going in working with Zach my expectations were low because of previous experience but I wanted to give it another shot. My shoulder hasn’t felt this good in years. Zach is absolutely amazing and has a lot of passion for his clients to get back into training again. I highly recommend Zach!! I’d give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Zach for all your help!
