We had this company come in for our repair of our stove using our home warranty with another poor company, called Choice Home Warranty, and this company, Home Technology Solutions, doesn't stand by their own technicians. They claim their newest technician, that arrived to our house for the second time, is just that, new, and his word basically means nothing. They don't stand behind their work, or their technicians, and they do a job "half-way" and don't ever fully solve a customer's issue, or fix their appliance.We needed a stove repaired, some burners were not lighting. This place sucks technicians have to goggle how to fix n they never put it back so it fell out of countertop nnparts fell off after first run of dishwasher and I fixed also by myself should off some money back really !!!!!!!!
