They are experienced in handling dogs with different personalities, including shy rescue dogs and energetic border collies. The salon provides services such as baths, nail trimming, and stylish trims. Dog crates are arranged in a way that minimizes contact with other customers' dogs. Chrissy is accommodating with appointment scheduling and is praised for her patience and excellent grooming skills. Dogs leave the salon smelling great and looking well-groomed, sometimes even with a fashionable accessory.
We were really excited to get our dogs in for a grooming after reading all the other reviews, so we called immediately and got a voicemail. We left a message but never received a call back. Now, we have to find a different place to go. I am really disappointed. I guess she is quite popular and just doesn’t have the time to call us back. I’m giving a 5 star only because I’m sure she has a good reason.
I am so fortunate to have found such an experienced, caring, patient, and talented groomer. I highly recommend this place!
