Integrity is doing right — even with no one around to witness it. This practice had a prime opportunity to perform work that wasn't necessary, as I had explicitly (and ignorantly) requested it! Instead, I was gently informed during the diagnostic phase that the full procedure would not be necessary after all, and ended up saving a ton of money. This is not typical of most of my experiences with vets and demonstrates a deeper respect for both the patient and patient's caretaker than I expected. Dr Abby and Dr Freeby are awesome. Always go above and beyond to care for my dogs. They are very knowledgeable about the newest advancements in vet care and take the time to listen to the pet parents.

This was our first visit to Abby Road. The staff were all very polite and professional, the office was clean, and Dr Justin gave recommendations and made sure he answered all of my questions during the visit. Very positive experience.
