I was pleasantly surprised to find that Lily the “bot” that texted me to make an appointment is a real person and very accommodating.
I love to have my hair cut at Airport Square as the salon is clean and employees are nice. I have my hair cut by Biljana she listens to what I want will point out any concerns and gives me the exact cut I ask for. She does.great job!
Biljana is the absolute best! I would give her 10 stars if I could. From the most relaxing shampoo experience to the cutest cut and blowout! She is the reason I keep coming back. I am so lucky to have found her. I have always had a positive experience.
I usually have issues whenever I'm going to get my hair cut, just because I'm female and prefer a more masculine cut, but this time it went quite well. The lady I got was incredibly nice, and listened to everything I had to say, whilst asking me clear, clarifying questions to make sure everything ended up right. I walked out getting pretty much the exact style I wanted, and there was absolutely no arguing whatsoever. It felt really nice to be respected that way.
