My first time here. I needed somewhere new bc our previous groomer is no longer open on Saturdays. I dropped off my kitty for a groom-bath, nails, lion cut. He looked adorable! Great customer service and the price cannot be beat anywhere. I will be returning.
I absolutely love this place! I struggled finding a reliable option for a pet hotel for both our cat and dog, this place was it! Sometimes our needs require a quick option for spur of the moment accommodations, they always manage to fit us in and go above and beyond making our pets feel loved. The groomer is AMAZING - my cats fur was a struggle/ he went from mangled to wonderful- she is a miracle worker. I would give a 10 stars if I could. The owner Alison always is extra understanding of our dog and her anxiety. Our family is very grateful to have Pittsburgh Pet Services in our life! - thank you staff.
I took my long-haired cat to get some mattes off of his neck. They did a great job with him and he was returned to us very happy. They were also very kind and compassionate about my nervousness leaving my cat there.
