Dr. Flannigan & his staff are so nice, and make sure you feel comfortable. They listen and help you anyway you can. He did my surgery and helping me every step of the way in order to walk again. He had to put in a lot of hardware, but he explains everything about it and why. Great doctor and staff.
Just left my first visit for a broken 5th metatarsal on my left foot. I have never broken a bone and was very nervous about my visit. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and my appt. was started on time with no waiting. As for Dr. Flanigan, I cannot say enough good about him. Kind, compassionate, obviously very caring and also thorough. He didn't judge or berate me for being a smoker but after I mentioned quitting to help my injury heal, he looked at me and asked, "would you like help?" He wrote me an Rx for patches but also gave me other options. Staff is complacent & doctor is inaccessible. I drove an hour and 1/2 one way. I was 9 minutes late from construction on turnpike. There's no way to let them know you're behind other than voicemail. When I got there the front desk turned me away and told me to reschedule. Refused to call back. Being her patient used to be a great experience until Excela enveloped them. I was a 20 year patient. 2 decades and I took a back seat to appointment stacking and copay racking. I left her practice over it.
