Decided to finally add central air to our home after using window units since buying our house in 2017. If I knew it was going to be so easy, I would’ve done it years ago. Cody was very friendly and knowledgeable when doing the estimate. Anthony and Vincent did a great job on the installation. They kept me updated through the whole process and were courteous and clean. Today Tony came to my home to install my new air-conditioning unit. He was by himself and did not have a helper. Prior to Tony several months ago Elk installed my furnace and tried to install the air conditioning unit but their expertise fell short including a poor job installing the duct work. Tony was professional, respectful and had a warm friendly smile. Tony provided True Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence. You should be proud to have Tony as member on your team!

The folks at Elk Air are professional and personable. I’ve used them for my residential issues and they were punctual and addressed our cooling issues effectively. The technicians did not talk down to us and explained our issues in a way we could understand. I love air conditioning and so do they!
